I have to agree with the previous reviewer, beware that the nozzle actually scrapes and it made my anus bleed and i was not fit to get fucked -- exactly the opposite outcome than what i wanted! whenever, i want to use it, i have to douse the tip with some lotion so it won't hurt!
This is a step above most bulb douches...however the tip that screws on to the variegated nozzle attachment can be uncomfortable. Almost feels like its scrapes at times.
This is a truly great product for cleaning and for pleasure. Using the beaded nozzle adds to both cleaning and pleasure. Keep it fresh, this is the way.
