This thing is awesome! Very affordable, too. It took me a few minutes to get it on, but once it's on, wow. It's best to shave your pubes before putting it on, though. I didn't at first and... youch.

I use this to wear under a jockstrap. It really make the pouch fuller and I appear to have more than I actually have. It also keeps my attention focus during workout sessions.
