Simply put, an amazing tool. Very accurate to my body specifications and is an incredible sensation. I found it a bit discomforting while driving but I'm sure it wasn't meant for that--speed bumps were fun.
However, given that this device is not one piece--the ball screws on to the post--I couldn't help but wonder if the ball was unscrewing itself and wander deep into my rectum. Even with that thought, I left it in my ass for an hour as I went about my day (I wrapped the ball in a condom and secured with a rubber band!) and it was heaven. It really is an amazing design. I wish it were a one piece. Also, I got the basic size, I've seen some HUGE balls advertised but the smaller one is fine and this will not pop out.
